“Young Katamon” project  – work has begun on San Martin Street

The project, which is located in front of the Gazelle Valley, includes the construction

As part of the project – the name of the late Sergeant Liel Gideoni will be commemorated, who fell off in “Zok Eithan” operation in

The project is located in front of “Emek Hatzvaim” (Gazelle Valley ) , in the Katmon neighborhood that has been regenerating in recent years with a large number of urban renewal projects, which are launched after years of processing the approval of plans for eviction and building permits.

The project, designed by the architect Yigal Levy, includes the demolition of an old 1950’s building with 30 apartments and the construction of two new buildings

of 10 and 18 floors, which include 130 new apartments.

The uniqueness of the project combined with a diverse mix of 1-4 bedroom apartments that will also attract young couples.

About 50 apartments will be small apartments, which are in great demand due to the fact that most of the projects built in recent years in the city are 4-5 rooms.

As part of the project, the developer will build a kindergarten as well as open an urban square and a new access road to the nearby Gonen school.

The location sits on a main thoroughfare that connects the west of the city to Rechavia, the old city and Katmon and on the other side two hundred meters from the Begin road towards and east  exit from Jerusalem, also the train station to Tel Aviv is not far from the nearby Malha mall and the technology park
